Work Environment

The position requires working approximately 40 hours per week, with variations including potential weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to establish personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, regularly re-evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers regarding patient care, ensuring a coordinated continuum of care.
• Engage in collaborative care discussions with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress according to all regulatory and professional standards.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the mission and values of Atrium Physical Therapy.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care and department operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

As a Physical Therapist at Atrium, you will be instrumental in addressing these patients' unique needs, tailoring interventions to support their recovery goals, and facilitating their reintegration into daily life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic computer skills are essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
