Quick Facts Location: 1465 South Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63104 Start Date: 10/19/2026 End Date: 04/19/2027 Shift: Day 4x8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00) Hours/week: 32 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Genetics (or eligible), BLS, DEA, BNDD Experience: 2–5 years in genetics and metabolic conditions Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $156.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Conduct general genetics evaluations and manage biochemical/metabolic disorders Provide inpatient and outpatient consults, including NICU, PICU, and pediatric wards Collaborate with genetic counselors and medical staff to develop treatment plans Support hospital programs in pediatric genetics and metabolic disorders Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Follow hospital protocols and maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR What You Need Required: Board Certified in Medical Genetics (or eligible) Missouri and Illinois medical licenses (or eligible to obtain) BLS, DEA, BNDD certifications 2–5 years of relevant experience in genetics and metabolic disorders Preferred: Experience working in a hospital-based outpatient setting Strong diagnostic and collaboration skills About the Assignment This position is at a renowned children’s hospital, supporting top-tier programs in cardiology, neonatology, oncology, gastroenterology, and neurology/neurosurgery.
