Distribution Center Manager

We're partnering with a food/beverage company for on a Distribution Center Branch Manager opening. The DC Manager will help launch and lead a brand-new, 250,000 sq. ft. high-volume warehouse operation.

This is a highly visible leadership role with strong growth potential, competitive compensation, and a generous annual bonus.

What You’ll Do

Lead startup of a new distribution center (hiring, training, processes)
Oversee a team of 9 direct reports and ~225 indirect associates
Own P&L, KPIs, and overall site performance
Build and develop a high-performing team
Drive safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery
Develop and implement SOPs and safety procedures
Establish and optimize workflows, systems, and labor planning
Ensure strong inventory accuracy and execution

What You Bring

7+ years leading a distribution center or warehouse
Experience launching or scaling operations preferred
Proven ability to build teams and drive results
Background in food or multi-temp environments is a plus
