Guest Services Coordinator

Summary The Guest Services Coordinator supports an elevated in-store client experience through hospitality, customer service, and coordination with store teams. The role builds client relationships, provides product and store information, and supports sales and store operations. Responsibilities Welcome clients and assist with shopping needs, including hospitality, concierge services, and connections to sales professionals. Build client relationships and facilitate sales through phone calls and electronic communications. Share product knowledge and availability, and coordinate product requests, transfers, deliveries, and alterations. Support store opening and closing, register transactions, merchandise replenishment, and upkeep of sales floors and fitting rooms. Assist with celebrity dressing, promotional mailings, marketing and public relations events, and other store initiatives. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
