Key Qualifications & Experience:

• RBT certification required
• Previous paraprofessional experience in a school or preschool setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, consistent 1:1 support to an assigned preschool student
• Implement and follow behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Assist with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and social-emotional learning
• Monitor and document progress while fostering an inclusive, positive environment
• Communicate regularly with teachers and specialists regarding student needs
