Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Minnesota

Start Date: August 2026

Location: Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants. Overtime and call pay available at enhanced rates.

Schedule: Full-time coverage with flexible shift options of 8, 10, or 12 hours. Shifts available include 6:30am-3pm, 6:30am-5pm, and 6:30am-7pm. Minimum commitment of 36 hours per week and 2 weeks per month. Initial three months require two consecutive weeks per month. Optional weeknight and weekend call opportunities available.

• Supervised care team model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour anesthesia aid department assistance
• Epic EMR system in use throughout the facility
• Patient population includes ages 12 and above (adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Initial 4-month contract with ongoing opportunities for extension
• Three paid orientation days beginning the second Monday of each month
• Enhanced compensation for overtime (1.5x rate), holidays (1.5x rate), and various call shifts
• CRNAs focus on anesthesia delivery; blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, and spinals not required

Requirements:

• Licensed Registered Nurse with Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure (Minnesota is not a compact state)
• Registered Nurse Anesthetist certification through Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required upon hire
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills checklist completion required at time of application
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility location
• Fingerprinting required (results must be posted prior to privileges being granted)
