Business Development Specialist

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and creating new business opportunities? We have partnered with a client who is looking for a Personal Injury Specialist to grow referral relationships within the Personal Injury market across South Carolina. They are one of the nation's largest outpatient imaging providers, offering MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and other diagnostic imaging services. Their mission is to provide high-quality patient care while building strong partnerships with healthcare providers and legal professionals. What You'll Do: Develop relationships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, office managers, and referring providers Drive referral growth through in-person meetings, virtual outreach, and networking events Educate referral partners on imaging services and patient care capabilities Execute territory plans to increase referral volume and market share Attend industry events and strengthen relationships within the PI community What We're Looking For: 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or relationship management experience Personal Injury industry experience strongly preferred Understanding of the PI referral process and referral ecosystem Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Bachelor's degree required MUST reside in South Carolina Highlights: Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions (YR 1 OTE: $105k+) Full Benefits, 401k, mileage reimbursement, cell phone allowance, and expense account Industry-leading imaging platform with strong brand recognition Excellent growth opportunities and supportive team environment Healthy work-life balance and strong earning potential If you're looking to join a growing healthcare organization where relationships drive success, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
