Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) — Seattle, WA. This position involves providing skilled outpatient therapy services within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The role requires a dedicated professional to support adult and geriatric patient populations, contributing to patient recovery and functional improvement.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1 year of skilled SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) and/or LTC (Long Term Care) experience, valid state licensing or compact license in hand at submission, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric populations; familiarity with electronic charting systems such as PointClickCare.
- Special Requirements: Candidate must have own transportation; COVID-19 vaccination series plus one booster are required.
- Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive inpatient physical therapy services, assist with patient evaluations and develop treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to prior work at Providence facilities, specifically locations and dates, along with two references covering at least one year within the past three years.
