Quality Inspector

Quality Assurance Technician

This position requires an individual skilled in quality assurance techniques used in the manufacturing of micromachined components. The focus includes performing visual and dimensional inspections on products, along with recording and analyzing inspection data. Additional activities may involve supporting statistical process control, sampling plans, parts measurement, data analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and other quality system activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and record data as defined.
• Conduct data analysis as defined.
• Train production personnel on inspection and data recording tasks.
• Participate in corrective action, process, or inspection improvement activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Medical device manufacturing background preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA compliance is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills preferred.
