Business Development Assistant

A top commercial real estate advisory firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support both Business Development and Marketing. S/he will play a central role in coordinating outreach, driving pipeline activity, and supporting client-facing initiatives.This is a high-visibility role [with a clear growth path into a Business Development Associate position for a candidate who demonstrates strong performance, initiative, and business acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport co-presidents and head of business development regarding scheduling and day-to-day coordinationSupport business development efforts, including research, outreach tracking, and pipeline management for Principals and Senior Managing Directors (~5-7 persons)Maintain CRM and ensure accuracy of contacts, opportunities, and meeting notes for multiple executives (~5-7 persons)Prepare background briefs and materials for meetings and conferencesAssist in development of proposals, pitch decks, and client presentationsProvide conference support including planning, meeting coordination, and follow-upsCoordinate client special events and related logisticsAssist with expense reports and administrative trackingProvide boots-on-the-ground support as neededQualifications & Attributes3-5 years of experience in a professional services environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferredComfortable operating in unstructured environments with a strong sense of ownershipExperience in a small company or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.CompensationBase Salary: [$70,000 – $90,000], commensurate with experienceBonus: Discretionary bonus tied to performance and contributionHow to ApplyCandidates should submit a resume via LinkedIn.
