Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Manager based in Horsham, PA. The role involves managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, maintaining strong business relationships, and providing superior customer support. The Customer Account Manager will work to address customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, analyze client needs, and ensure that project timelines and goals are achieved effectively. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term collaboration with clients to achieve mutual success. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills Proficiency in Account Management and fostering client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating customer needs and identifying solutions Ability to develop and implement client-focused strategies that ensure contribution to business goals Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities Experience working in a related role or industry; experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Oppenheimer Precision Products
