A minimum of three (3) years of related AR experience preferably with one year of working with ASC claims.**What You'll Be Doing*** Review all clinical documentation to code and post-surgery charges and hospital charges for insurance billing.* Assist with CPT and ICD 10 coding.* Will keep lines of communication open with Team Lead and/or Supervisor.* Maintains all patient information according to the established patient confidentiality policy.* Maintains compliance with all governmental and regulatory requirements.* Responsible for completing, in a timely manner, all mandated training and in-services, including but not limited to annual OSHA training and PPD placements.* Responsible for working Accounts Receivable (AR) for ASC* Performs all other duties as assigned.**What We Expect from You*** High School Graduate or equivalent* Minimum of three (3) years related AR or medical billing experience is required.**Reasoning Ability**Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.**Computer Skills**To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
