Service Manager

Service Manager As a Service Manager, you'll oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience. You will assist in managing shift operations and will coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. In other words, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests. Qualifications Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You have a passion for training and developing your team. Sports-lover or not, all backgrounds are welcome here. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
