The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support a high-volume recruitment function by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, entering job requisitions, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. Responsibilities Of The Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Support a high-volume recruiting process while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
\n
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.
\n
• Coordinate candidate communications through phone and email.
\n
• Create and monitor job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
\n
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\n
• Prioritize interview scheduling based on business needs and hiring timelines.
\n
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ATS records.
\n
• Generate recruiting activity reports and track recruitment metrics.
\n
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Prepare interview materials and documentation for hiring managers.

Required Experience/Skills For The Talent Acquisition Coordinator

\n

\n
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
\n
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
