Do you love bringing campaigns to life, solving problems, and finding ways to improve the online customer experience?The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team!In this hands-on role, you'll help manage and optimize our digital presence, support integrated marketing campaigns, and ensure our websites, landing pages, and lead-generation experiences are engaging, effective, and easy to navigate.This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and analytics to make a measurable impact.What You'll DoManage and Enhance Our Digital PresenceCreate, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, forms, and digital content using our content management system (CMS).Support website improvements, SEO best practices, and user experience enhancements.Test and troubleshoot website content, links, and forms to ensure a seamless digital experience.Bring Digital Campaigns to LifeSupport the execution of email, social media, paid media, event, and lead-generation campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to launch digital assets accurately and on schedule.Help implement campaign tracking and measurement tools.Support Marketing Technology and Lead GenerationBuild and maintain lead-capture forms, registrations, and conversion experiences.Help ensure marketing leads and campaign data flow accurately into our marketing platforms and CRM systems, including Salesforce.Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and digital workflows.Measure, Learn, and OptimizeMonitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.Use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.Support A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve digital marketing results.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience working with website content management systems (CMS).Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, online forms, and lead generation.Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.A proactive mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience with Umbraco, PushPlanet, or Digioh.Exposure to Salesforce or marketing automation platforms.Familiarity with SEO, conversion optimization, or A/B testing.Why Join AAA?At the American Arbitration Association, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful marketing initiatives while expanding your skills across website management, digital campaigns, analytics, and marketing technology.You'll collaborate with colleagues across marketing and technology, gain hands-on experience with digital platforms, and help improve how customers discover and engage with AAA's services.If you're organized, tech-savvy, analytical, and excited to grow your digital marketing career, we'd love to hear from you.The American Arbitration Association is an equal opportunity employer (EEO) and we value diversity in our workplace.
