This is your chance to embark on a fulfilling career that truly makes a difference.Join us and be a part of something extraordinary!Responsibilities:Develop and maintain staffing schedules to meet patient care requirements.Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers.Coordinate caregiver onboarding and training.Manage caregiver performance and address any issues promptly.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.Utilize scheduling software and other relevant technology.Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in healthcare and staffing or scheduling strongly preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency and comfort in using computer applications like Microsoft Office, including scheduling softwareAbility to problem-solve and make quick decisions.Additional Qualifications (Not require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) a plus.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
