Property Accountant - CRE Portfolio & Budgeting Lead
CRE Finance Council
Viking Properties Management in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a multi-property portfolio, including month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis. The role requires 3+ years of CRE accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel with MRI software familiarity. CPA is a plus.
