The Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) is responsible for translating complex healthcare and Medicare Advantage problems into scalable, AI-powered, product-led solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for payers, providers, and value-based care organizations.This role bridges product, consulting, and revenue—ensuring enterprise needs across risk adjustment, quality, medical cost management, and member engagement are solved through repeatable platform capabilities rather than bespoke services.The CSO ensures the company wins complex MA deals, delivers outcomes, and continuously productizes insights into differentiated AI capabilities.
