Job Summary Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join 4 Infectious Disease physicians at the largest independent Primary Care organization in the U.S. Practice Highlights 4.5‑day work week – flexible schedule after 18 months. Inpatient/Outpatient – rounds at 2 hospitals, Inpatient Rehab, and cover wound care clinic including hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Full spectrum Infectious Disease. Support staff: NP's, MA's, office manager. Physicians cover their own calls plus 1 weekend every 5 weeks. EPIC EMR. Compensation & Benefits Competitive MGMA package with $25K sign‑on and compensation from local health systems. $80K retention bonus after 18 months as shareholder.
