Target Compensation: $55,000-$75,000

Location: Tampa, FL 33602 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities for the AP Specialist:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processes from start to finish

• Process invoices, payments, collections, and account reconciliations accurately and efficiently

• Review exceptions, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors or customers as needed

• Support contractor billing, pay applications, and AIA documentation where applicable

• Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications for the AP Specialist:

• Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable functions

• Strong background in invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations

• Knowledge of AIA billing, contractor pay applications, or construction-related accounting is a plus

• Proficiency with accounting systems and high-volume transaction processing
