Our mission is to provide general and advanced/interventional gastroenterology services in an Affable, Affordable & Accessible manner for Accurate Answers We are seeking an experienced competent, conscientious, service-oriented Front Office Specialist with strong character to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a fast-paced outpatient environment, comfortable with high volume patient loads, and able to integrate quickly with training and work under the direction of the division practice manager. Key Responsibilities Patient check-in and check-out. Insurance verification. Greet patients in courteous manner. Collect money owed and end of day balance. Answer phones. Patient registration of new patients. Strong proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) Managing the fax inbox, including timely review, routing, and documentation Scheduling patient appointments, follow-ups, and coordinating provider workflows. Qualifications Previous specialty office care experience is required Previous GI experience helpful Reliable attendance is essential Ability to float to different locations as needed Immediate availability preferred The corporate headquarters (CBO) is located in beautiful Feather Sound (Clearwater).
