Change Management Analyst

Akkodis is recruiting for a Engineeering Program Manager for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $45 an hour to $65 an hour depending on education, experience and location.

• Change Management, Pricing Analyst
• Assist the tech leads and Engineering Project Managers (EPMs) with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives
• Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years experience
• CAPM certified, desired, but not required.
• Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverable plan lines (burn-up/burn-down charts), Metrics slides.
• US Person desired due to access restrictions to tools
• Familiarity with Regulated Engineering Development Process
• Advanced Excel Skills using Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Tables and Macros
• Developing, presenting and tracking KPIs
• Experience with DOORS and Version Control tools
• DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) experience desired
• Experience with change management and config management process/tools
• ability to get a US goverment clearance
