Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $300,000 $400,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary tract infections
• Perform surgical procedures in state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Conduct hospital and ER consultations, collaborating with specialty teams
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care at a single-site facility
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options
• Participate in a light call schedule ( 7 days/month)
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
• Contribute to quality improvement and professional development initiatives

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA License (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in urology
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive patient-centered care
