Strategic Lease-Up & Occupancy Specialist - Affordable Housing

Peabody Properties is seeking an experienced Lease Up Occupancy Specialist to join its team working on lease-ups north of Boston. The Lease-Up Occupancy Specialist assists in the successful completion of affordable and/or mixed-income community rent up, from initial marketing through resident move in, and beyond as may be necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on timely results; minimum 2 years related experience and knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs are #J-18808-Ljbffr Peabody Properties, Inc.
