Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather valuable insights into clients’ mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that address the needs and goals of clients, documenting progress meticulously in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans as necessary to support clients in need.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients and enhance their coping skills.

Serene Support Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
