Looking for an OT management role where you’re supported, valued, and encouraged to grow?
Trinity Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Springfield, IL area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide OT services and management
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

- IL Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
