Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
