Outpatient scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)
Local providers only (must already reside in the immediate Salisbury area)

Licenses & Certifications Required

Board Certified (NP or PA)
Active North Carolina License
Active North Carolina DEA
BLS Certification
NCCPA Certification (PA) or Family NP Certification (NP)
Minimum 12 months of Urgent Care experience
Experience treating both adults and pediatric patients (6 months+)
New graduates will not be considered

Preferred

DOT Certification
ACLS
PALS

Practice Details

Outpatient, walk-in urgent care
No call responsibilities
Sole provider coverage
Must be comfortable in a high-volume setting
Average 40-45 patients per shift (up to 60 patients/day depending on site)
Treat adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and older)
Perform urgent care procedures including:
- Laceration repair
- Ear irrigation
- Minor office procedures
Support staff includes Center Manager, Medical Assistant, Patient Services Associate, and off-site supervising physician
EMR: Epic (modified training provided)
