Key Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the Full Sales Cycle : Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring maximum sales performance. Leading and Motivating the Sales Team : Inspire and guide both local and regional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets by confidently presenting all of Good Greek’s services. Building and Maintaining Relationships : Develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business. Strategic Planning and Execution : Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base, improve market reach, and enhance team capabilities. Sales Goal Achievement : Ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily, monthly, and annual sales goals. Client Relations & Customer Service : Use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to nurture customer relationships and create a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to post-service. Business Development : Continuously implement business development strategies, encouraging active participation from the team. Contract Management : Prepare and present full contracts to customers, ensuring all terms are clear and effectively communicated. Lead Generation : Proactively create and develop self-generated, organic leads to fuel sales growth. Ongoing Support : Maintain contact with customers from the initial booking through the completion of their move, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on any contract negotiations. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Ability to connect with customers and teammates alike, providing exceptional service. Leadership Abilities : Proven experience leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals. Industry Knowledge (Preferred) : Familiarity with full-cycle moving, packing, and storage operations is a plus. Bilingual (a Plus!) : Fluency in a second language is an added advantage.
