Job Opportunity Senior Marketing Specialist Specialty Chemicals I am currently partnering with a leader in the advanced materials and chemicals manufacturing space to find an experienced Principal Customer Marketing Specialist. This is a high impact role within their commercial division focused on driving global growth, enhancing thought leadership, and improving customer retention strategies. The successful candidate will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes overseeing paid media strategies, managing major industry events, and developing high quality content aimed at demand generation. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is also happy to be hands-on in the day to day execution of cost effective acquisition programs. Core responsibilities Driving global business results through targeted B2B marketing initiatives Managing end to day project workflows and creative traffic Overseeing external agency relationships to ensure brand consistency and ROI Executing customer facing activities that establish the company as an industry authority Collaborating with the senior leadership team to align marketing output with commercial goals Requirements Extensive experience in B2B marketing specifically within the specialty chemicals or manufacturing sectors Proven track record of managing complex multi channel campaigns on a global scale Strong background in project management and agency oversight Ability to balance creative content generation with analytical performance tracking Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross functional international teams This position offers a hybrid or onsite work arrangement based out of either Morris Plains New Jersey or Houston Texas. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing for the Refrigerant and Applied Solutions business unit.
