Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on a comprehensive assessment of patients’ strengths, weaknesses, and psychosocial risks.

• Conduct educational and therapeutic group sessions, documenting patient goals and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of the interventions.

• Actively participate in treatment-planning meetings to provide and receive constructive feedback while documenting progress and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Identify and manage resistance or conflicts within client interactions, including patients, their families, healthcare professionals, and community representatives, to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring all assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and communications are documented in compliance with social work standards.

• Stay informed about the latest DSM standards for diagnosing disorders, particularly in children and adolescents, to implement appropriate treatment strategies.

• Utilize behavior modification and supportive therapy techniques tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and needs.

• Gather data through effective interviewing and collaboration with healthcare team members to create thorough assessments of patients’ medical, social, and emotional needs.

• Regularly evaluate and revise treatment plans in response to ongoing assessments of patient and family concerns, emphasizing their spiritual and cultural values.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of patients from the San Bernardino area, encompassing various ages and backgrounds. As a remote provider, you will facilitate access to mental health care for individuals who may face barriers to in-person appointments, ensuring they receive timely and effective treatment regardless of location.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and independent LCSW license.
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
