We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing complex B2B sales cycles and consistently closing new business. This isn't a role for a passive order-taker; we're looking for a consultative sales professional who thrives on driving revenue, building long-term customer relationships, and helping businesses create productive, ergonomic workspaces.

The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, communicates effectively with customers, cares deeply about helping clients, and demonstrates strong pipeline management and sales organization skills. You are naturally curious, asking thoughtful questions to understand each customer's unique workplace challenges and recommending solutions that best meet their needs. You will own the entire sales process, managing corporate accounts from initial engagement through close while maintaining an organized pipeline and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Bring
  • 3–5 years of closing experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to uncover customer needs through consultative discovery and solution-based selling.

  • Strong follow-up discipline, objection-handling skills, and the ability to recognize and respond to customer buying signals.

  • Strong written and verbal skills for pitching corporate decision-makers.

  • Hands-on experience navigating CRM systems and enterprise pipeline tools.

  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex systems, product specifications and space planning layouts.

Bonus Points For
  • Direct sales experience in the commercial furniture, office outfitting, or design space.

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM, NetSuite ERP, or similar CRM and ERP platforms.

  • Prior B2B sales experience in a high-growth e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Experience selling ergonomic office furniture or commercial workspace wellness products.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for corporate accounts from initial inquiry through to close.

  • Respond to and maximize inbound commercial sales and Design Services leads to develop customer projects.

  • Uncover customer workplace needs through consultative discovery and recommend solutions that best meet their business objectives.

  • Keep clients engaged throughout the design and sales cycle by recognizing customer engagement and buying readiness.

  • Execute a disciplined follow-up strategy to keep opportunities moving through the sales pipeline.

  • Present polished product proposals and outfitting solutions to corporate stakeholders.

  • Proactively network, develop referrals, and perform targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities.

  • Maintain clean pipeline records, customer interaction notes, and sales forecasting data.

  • Partner with internal finance, supply and service teams to ensure a seamless post-sale delivery.

  • Consistently meet or exceed established individual sales quotas and revenue objectives.

Position Details

  • Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary plus commission. Realistic first-year on-target earnings range from $95,000–$120,000+, depending on performance.

  • Type: Full-time

  • Employee Status: Regular

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week

  • Location: Austin, Texas
