We are looking for a CNC Programmer for a manufacturing and fabrication company in Miami, OH. This role will support production through CNC programming, process optimization, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Job Logistics

• Location: Miami, OH

• Tools/Tech: RADAN Designer, RadCombi, SAGE ERP, CAD Software

Day to Day

• Program fiber lasers, turret punches, shears, and press brakes

• Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD models

• Create nesting layouts and tool paths

• Review BOMs and manufacturing requirements

• Support production issues and troubleshooting

• Maintain documentation and programming libraries

• Conduct test runs and program verification

• Support lean manufacturing initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of CNC programming experience

• Metal fabrication experience

• Ability to read CAD drawings/models

• Experience with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Plusses

• RADAN Designer experience

• RadCombi experience

• SAGE ERP experience

• Technical degree or certification

Compensation: $28/hr - $35/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
