Job Description The Food Service Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of a high-end corporate dining operation, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for clients, guests, and employees. This role manages daily dining services, catering operations, coffee bar programs, and pantry services while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, service excellence, and guest satisfaction. The Food Service Manager provides hands-on leadership to service teams, drives operational efficiency, maintains compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and fosters a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and continuous improvement. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Qualifications Requires at least 1 year of experience Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
