Assistant General Manager - Luxury Residential

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

- Property Oversight: Ensure that the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee our Concierge team, service standards, and safety protocols, to ensure a well-maintained and secure environment for residents. Assists General Manager with indirect oversight of the Management Office team and Maintenance team.
- Collaborative Leading: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service.
- Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.
- Customer Service: Makes introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiates face-to-face meeting with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service that was provided.
- Communication: Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Handles all resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically and professionally. Provides resolution to resident problems and on-going resident relations.
- Compliance: Maintains accurate files for all site administration, including: lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepares and processes appropriate written communications, i.e., memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.
- Financials: Collects and posts all resident rent payments and manages the accounts receivable process. Submits, reviews, and approves purchase orders as well as maintaining good relationships with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Up to 5 years of proven succesful experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Assistant General Manager.
- You are a results-oriented leader who demonstrates genuine care and concern for your team, vendors, and residents.
- You are committed to the mission of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value.
- You are a technology enthusiast proficient in leveraging technology tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease among our team, residents and vendors.
- You have the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring it every day possessing a readiness to execute on whatever task is thrown your way with a combination of hard work, grit, and perseverance.
- You know the importance of doing the right thing - always, in all ways, even when no one's watching.
