Mailroom Coordinator | Real Estate Operations | EmpowerHome Team Keep Our Real Estate Operations Running Smoothly

Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented? EmpowerHome Team is looking for a Mailroom Coordinator to help keep our daily office operations running efficiently.

In this role, you'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare buyer and listing folders, organize listing packages, and make sure important materials are sent out on time. You'll also help manage office supplies and coordinate copier and equipment repairs when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing daily tasks, and supporting a fast-paced real estate team.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail

• Prepare buyer and listing folders

• Prepare and send listing packages daily

• Complete and send mailers on schedule

• Monitor and order office supplies, including printer ink

• Coordinate copier repairs and maintenance

• Keep mailroom and office operations organized

• Support the real estate team with daily administrative needs

$14 - $16 hourly

• Sort and distribute mail

• Order ink for copier and coordinate copier repairs

• Mailroom experience preferred but not required
• High School Graduate
• Keep track of materials inventory
• Ensure all mailers are completed and sent daily

• Anything else that is needed to help the mail house team
