A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to enhancing young learners' speech and language abilities in a resource-rich environment. The position runs through the end of May 2027, offering a consistent, part-time schedule ideal for work-life balance.

Your expertise guiding students at the elementary level will make a real difference for children who need your support. This position is fully on-site, with an immediate start available.

What You Bring:

• Current, active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
• Understanding of IEPs, evidence-based interventions, and collaborative practices in school settings
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Flexibility to complete necessary district credentialing, including a TB test and on-site background check

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for an assigned elementary caseload
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, partnering with teachers and administration
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed

Job Details & Benefits:
