Medical Device- START UP/LAUNCH/EQUITY Opportunity
\n \nStart-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
\n \nRole Details:
\n- \n
- Field Sales Representative (Territory-based; no overnight travel ) \n
- Total 1st year compensation: $220-300k++ \n
- Base Salary: $90k-120k \n
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonus \n
- Opportunity to make 350-400k OTE if a top performer \n
- Territory: Phoenix, AZ \n
- Car allowance \n
- Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics \n
- Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption \n
What They’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- 1-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR \n
- 2+ years of medical device experience \n
- Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required \n
- Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building \n
- Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption \n
