Touring Ambassador

This is a Contracted position in the field of Production Coordinator / Project Management , located in Los Angeles, CA . The position pays $25.00 — $45.00 per hour . Touring Ambassador Position Type: Full-Time Travel: Local and Nationwide — Frequent Travel Required Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and hands‑on Touring Ambassador to join our team and help bring events and productions to life across the country. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working in fast‑paced event environments, and taking ownership of everything from transportation and logistics to event setup and production. The Touring Ambassador will represent our company professionally while traveling to events throughout the local area and across the United States. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver and team player who can stay organized, communicate effectively, and jump in wherever needed to ensure an event runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Drive company box trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and production supplies to and from events. Travel locally and throughout the United States for events, tours, productions, and activations. Assist with event production, including loading, unloading, setup, installation, operation, and teardown of equipment and event materials. Work closely with production teams, vendors, clients, and event staff to ensure successful event execution. Maintain organization of equipment, tools, supplies, and production materials both on the road and in storage. Help coordinate transportation, equipment movement, schedules, and other logistical needs. Troubleshoot issues that arise during travel, setup, and events and help find practical solutions. Maintain a professional, positive attitude when representing the company at events and with clients. Follow all company safety procedures and transportation requirements. Perform general hands‑on labor as needed, including lifting, carrying, assembling, and moving equipment. Assist with inventory management and ensuring equipment is properly packed, secured, and accounted for before and after each event. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended travel periods when required by event schedules. Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload event equipment and materials. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Comfortable driving box trucks and larger vehicles. Ability to work flexible schedules based on production and event needs. Bonus Qualifications: The following experience is a plus, but not required: Carpentry or construction background, Forklift certification and experience, Event production or live‑event experience, Touring, road crew, or entertainment industry experience, Experience with staging, fabrication, installation, or trade shows, Basic knowledge of tools and equipment, Experience with logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, CDL or other commercial driving experience.
