Revenue Operations Specialists - Deal Desk Analyst 3 (Contract) Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid) Duration: 07/06/2026 - 07/5/2027 Job Description Seeking an experienced Deal Desk Analyst to support the Creativity & Productivity business by leading first-line approvals within Adobe's deal approval process. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, Licensing, Revenue Assurance, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to structure, review, and approve complex enterprise transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day contract creation and deal approval activities Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams requiring non-standard deal structures Review and analyze enterprise sales transactions to accelerate deal closure while mitigating risk Structure complex transactions involving subscriptions, licenses, services, and support offerings Support Public Sector sales activities including pricing, quoting, contract creation, approvals, and deal structuring Review, interpret, and validate contract terms and conditions Partner with Finance, Legal, Licensing, Credit, Order Management, Revenue Assurance, and Product teams throughout the deal lifecycle Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for new business and expansion opportunities Provide quoting and contract support using CRM and deal management tools Forecast deal status and communicate updates to FP&A and executive sales leadership Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable government contracting requirements Support sales teams and customers during contract negotiation and approval processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or FP&A Experience drafting, reviewing, and analyzing sales agreements and contracts Experience structuring complex multi-element transactions involving subscriptions, licensing, services, and support Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience supporting Sales organizations Advanced Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with regulated environments or government contracting activities is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
