Administrative Professional

$19 - $27 per hour

Euromotive Performance

Euromotive Performance is looking for an organized, professional, and motivated team member to support our luxury automotive service office while growing into an estimator position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room for advancement. You will begin by assisting with office administration, customer communication, scheduling support, and overall client experience. As you grow in the role, we will provide training to help you learn how to prepare repair estimates, explain services to clients with confidence, and work closely with our technicians to keep operations running smoothly. This is an excellent career opportunity within a premium European automotive service environment. Responsibilities: • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Perform daily office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and assisting with parts coordination • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, handling phone calls and emails professionally • Provide support to service advisors by preparing work orders and tracking job progress • Train under experienced estimators to learn how to create accurate repair estimates • Gradually take on direct customer consultations, explaining repair needs and estimates • Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time • Assist with any other office or customer service-related tasks as needed Qualifications: • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner Compensation: $19 - $27 hourly
