Assistant Manager – Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant Full‑time, year‑round position located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, serving our loyal customer base. Responsibilities Work directly with the General Manager to uphold all safety, standards, and service procedures to ensure guest satisfaction. Recruit, hire, and dismiss team members as needed. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to staff. Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment. Schedule staff on a weekly basis and maintain staffing levels for daily operations. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively. Assist with daily front‑of‑house operations and support team members across FOH departments. Maintain and update social media business accounts. Acquire mastery of all FOH departments through hands‑on training to support team members as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Preferred: 3 years management experience in a full‑service restaurant. Minimum: 3 years experience serving and/or bartending in a full‑service restaurant. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of scheduling. Experience with social media business accounts. ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification upon hire. Shift & Schedule Day shift and night shift. Monday to Friday; weekend availability required. In‑person work location. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $37,000 – $43,000 per year. 401(k) matching.
