Vice President, End User Infrastructure and M365 Operations About the Company Prominent international banking organization Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for End User Infrastructure and M365 Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 operations, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance across diverse platforms. This role involves leading strategic initiatives to enhance infrastructure scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement advanced automation and streamline processes. The VP will also be instrumental in monitoring and adopting new M365 features, contributing to the development of security frameworks, and maintaining detailed documentation for operational transparency and audit readiness. Key responsibilities for the VP include managing the daily operations of M365 services, administering device compliance and application protection policies, overseeing tenant settings, and governance controls. The role requires a hands-on approach to developing and executing advanced PowerShell scripts, collaborating with security teams to address incidents, and supporting hybrid identity operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in M365 operations, and proficiency in M365 services. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to teams are essential. Preferred qualifications include advanced PowerShell scripting skills, knowledge of security and compliance tools, and experience with API integrations for M365 automation.
