Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, and create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a robust caseload, with a minimum expectation of 27 client visits each week for full-time clinicians, ensuring timely and effective management of client needs.
\n
• Engage in collaborative efforts with a diverse team of professionals to align our services with community needs and organizational objectives.
\n
• Embrace creativity in therapy interventions, employing innovative strategies that help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation for each session in accordance with company policies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress.
\n
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals, creating a holistic approach to client treatment.
\n
• Participate actively in all clinical meetings, sharing insights and contributions to foster a thriving, team-oriented work culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, teens, and families, each with unique backgrounds and challenges. This role emphasizes inclusivity, especially welcoming candidates from BIPOC, LGBTQ, and bilingual communities. Your ability to relate and connect with clients from various walks of life will be essential in establishing trust and facilitating healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current LMFT PA clinical license is required.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in clinical documentation, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
\n
• Capability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients while establishing a supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Experience with a diverse client base and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy practices.
\n
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus!

• The ability to successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth delivery methods and virtual counseling settings.

• Proficiency in trauma-informed care approaches or specific therapeutic modalities.

• Previous work within community health settings or clinics targeting underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus for the right candidate. In addition to a robust salary package, our benefits include:
