HR Coordinator Our client, a Junior's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support their daily HR operations in a fast-paced fashion environment. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and coordination with the payroll provider Assist with onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration. Support with staffing and recruitment Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Provide general administrative support to HR and leadership teams Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office needs Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (fashion or retail industry highly preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Please submit a resume for consideration!
