Facility Operations Manager

Clean Harbors located in Belpre, OH is looking for a Facility Operations Manager to join their safety‑conscious team. The Facility Operations Manager is responsible for management of all plant operations such as overseeing plant operations. Responsibilities Oversee multiple site‑specific plant operations such as drum pumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, fuel blending, shredder operations, inventory and waste tracking using scanning application, and proper warehousing requirements. Oversee 4‑5 direct reports. Ensure proper waste routing and management according to specified efficiencies. Analyze and review profitability of the facility in conjunction with the Director. Ensure that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures and hold employees accountable. Develop daily production goals for multiple groups and ensure execution. Review all applicable SOPs. Understand and drive Clean Compliance standard. Emphasize productivity, health & safety, compliance and customer satisfaction. Ensure that each project has an operating plan and that facility personnel follow it. Perform onsite supervision, training and mentoring of employees. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and as required by the Clean Harbors business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred. 5+ years of related experience is required. Experience working in a chemical plant, wastewater treatment plant, or related industrial plant is preferred. Knowledge of waste disposal regulations is a plus.
