Responsibilities

• Assist with borrower inquiries and payment processing through multiple channels (phone, secure messaging, online portal)
• Support the Customer Care team in resolving client service needs with clear explanations and positive communication
• Help manage loan account information and documentation in our servicing systems
• Learn about escrow management, PMI tracking, and loan account maintenance
• Contribute to maintaining professional standards in all client interactions
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to loan servicing operations

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2027 or 2028 (current junior/senior status)
• The ability to work Monday through Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from May 17th - August 6th
• An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
