Position Description:
- Source print and promotional items based on client specifications and account manager guidance
- Create purchase orders and distribute to vendors based on client instructions
- Actively schedule and manage timelines for arriving product
- Evaluate supplier capabilities based on client needs
- Ensure product delivery requirements are fulfilled by vendors
- Expediently resolve and respond to client inquiries
- Manage supply levels and ensure all necessary materials are on hand
- Observe and relay potential improvement opportunities to account manager

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Print and sourcing experience preferred
