Litigation Associate Attorney - Commercial Disputes, Growth

Description We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Litigation Associates to join our team. Responsibilities include representing a range of clients in commercial disputes, conducting research, drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and other litigation documents, collecting evidence, managing all phases of discovery, including e‑discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arbitrations, trials, and mediations, and coordinating and supervising the work of outside experts while ensuring compliance with all state, local, and federal laws related to litigation matters. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment Strong research, analytical, and writing skills Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, excellent judgement with a dedicated work ethic Strong interpersonal communication skills, a high degree of maturity, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships Works well independently as well as in a team setting Strong understanding of technical legal terminology, concepts, and proven application Requirements J.D. from an ABA accredited institution with license to practice in MA, NH, and/or other New England states preferred with 2+ years of law firm experience with commercial litigation experience preferred.
