Pay rate range- $35/hr - $40/hr. Fully Onsite Job Description: Must Have: Recent experience- heavily using ai and new ats systems. LinkedIn recruiter main system. Need someone who uses an ats for all candidate engagement. Sourcing until offer/ hire. Any in house systems tracking candidate information Work independently with a globally dispersed team diversity Handling corporate candidates and business partners. High volume About the Role: Supports Client's global sales. Solution architects in sales divisions. World wide public sector is another part of the team. Hire ppl w/ US citizenship in order to source for top security roles. Looking for field sellers that work with direct customers. Client's Global Sales and Worldwide Public Sector divisions. The team handles high-volume recruiting with plans to make 300 new hires plus account for 40-50 monthly attrition. Recruiters will manage 20-30 requisitions each, handling full recruitment cycle from intake to onsite interviews Primary hiring targets include solutions architects (L5-L7) and field sales roles (L4-L7), with 75% requiring security clearances from US citizenship to top secret with CI polygraph. The team uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and clearance jobs for sourcing, avoiding traditional job boards like Indeed. Day to day: Handle high req load 20-30. All business comm. Supported by recruiting lead to getting it set up in the system. This recruiter will be doing intakes with hiring manager and screen candidates, do applicable assessments. Once an onsite offer is happening, their lead will take over. Get compensation details and get the candidates as much info as possible Leaders can be high level within the government- will need a very well spoken communicator written and speaking Years of Experience: 1.5/ 2+ years
